“My Picasso” was co-written by Rick Lang and Jerry Eicher. From start to finish, the tune perfectly captures the essence of full-on Bluegrass music, powered by an engaging story. Known for his stunning tri-color markings, the well-known Mustang. Is often regarded as one of the most beautiful wild horses to ever roam free. Perhaps the greatest highlight of the new single. Is the vocals of powerhouse Georgia native Edgar Loudermilk. It serves as the lead single from the upcoming secular project Picasso, coming at a later date via Pinecastle Records. The band also consists of members Zack Autry, Jamey Pittman, and current IBMA Momentum “Instrumentalist of the Year” nominee Anthony Howell.

Edgar recently celebrated 22 years in the Bluegrass business. Where he got his start in the early 2000s as a member of Rhonda Vincent and The Rage, Marty Raybon’s inaugural Bluegrass band, and spent seven years performing with IIIrd Tyme Out. He’s looking to the future after signing a new record deal to simultaneously release one secular project, along with an all-Gospel project.
The Edgar Loudermilk Band boasts a robust schedule of over 100 tour dates for 2023, with a full schedule of festivals and events throughout the US and Canada. The first half of the year has shown significant success with the band experiencing several SOLD OUT shows. Additionally, band leader Edgar Loudermilk was awarded SPBGMA’s “Bass Performer of the Year,” as well as nominated for SPBGMA’s “Songwriter of the Year” as well. In addition, the band has garnered five nominations for the Josie Music Awards, to be held at the Grand Ole Opry House in October of 2023.
