The song was written by Shari Baker, Christy Baker, and Austin Cunningham.

Jackson Hollow hails from Vancouver, British Columbia. They have accumulated an impressive list of awards since the band’s formation. They are three-time winners of the BC Country Music Association Gaylord Wood Traditional/Roots Country Award.

Lead singer Tianna Lefebvre is a four-time BC Country Music Association Award winner, including Female Vocalist of the Year and Horizon Award.

Fiddler and mandolin player Mike Sanyshyn has won both the Canadian Country Music Association and BC Country Music Association Fiddle Player of the Year Awards and is a four-time Provincial Fiddle Champion. He also placed in the top three at the Canadian Grand Masters Fiddle Championships.
